Challenge
Domino's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team required consistent brand execution across high-volume content production for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. The challenge was creating on-brand assets quickly while maintaining quality standards and adapting designs across different markets, campaigns, and channels.
What I did

Email Direct Marketing Design
Email templates for customer retention and acquisition campaigns. Designed promotional and reactivation emails for CRM initiatives across global markets, optimized for mobile viewing and email client compatibility.

Landing Pages
Campaign landing pages for customer acquisition and product promotion. Designed pages for new customer sign-up, "More to Love" fresh ingredients campaign, and Domino's app functionality showcase. Work focused on conversion optimization, clear value communication, and responsive design across devices.

Animated Design
Animated content for CRM campaigns and app notifications. Created motion graphics for app pop-ups, email animations, and promotional content supporting retention and acquisition initiatives. Animations optimized for email clients, in-app delivery, and mobile viewing with attention-grabbing motion while maintaining file size efficiency.
Reflection
Working within an established brand system while supporting diverse marketing needs refined my skills in balancing creativity with brand guidelines. The high-volume nature of the work developed my ability to produce quality assets efficiently while maintaining consistency across channels and campaigns. This experience strengthened my understanding of brand systems in fast-paced marketing environments.
